What do you consider "full" meals? Do you know what caloric intake your body requires for basic functioning? Have you talked to a nutritionist about your lack of appetite/is this a recent thing or have you always had issues with eating?
Sorry if I'm asking too many questions; there could be an underlining reason as to why your appetite is lacking.
Yeah, talking to a doctor/nutritionist and getting some bloodwork done wouldn't hurt.... hunger is a natural bodily function, and if you find yourself without an appetite most of the time, you should get it checked out, just for peace of mind.No it's okay. I appreciate the help.
Full meals like meat & veggies & grains. Any combination of those. Last time I checked I needed to consume 1500 or 1700 calories or so to maintain my weight. So I'd try to divide my 3 main courses into 500 calorie meals and then snack the other calories away but it was too much. Sometimes I just wasn't hungry but it was lunch time and I'd force myself to eat in an effort to balance my meals throughout the day. I don't count calories anymore because I stopped caring and it was a pain. And no I haven't talked to a nutritionist. I've always kind of been like this. I've never been a big eater but I feel like it's biting me in the ass now that I'm older. Maybe I should see a nutritionist....

This is dope advice. Especially the lettuce wrap idea. Imma use that.Like cookies and things like that? Have you tried baking your own? Making your own granola bars at home to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can control the sugar content.
As for bread, I don't deprive myself of it. I love bread.Have you tried switching to whole grain/wheat? Using lettuce for wraps instead of flour tortillas? I love white rice and I love plantains. My culture has a very starch and carb heavy diet. I have to work my life around it because I refuse to cut them out. I was raised my entire life eating these things. I just workout harder to make up for it.
At least not how I thought I would. I shed fat but put on like 20 lbs of muscle which was frustrating at first but I accepted it. I feel hella strong but I don't look Debo (thank god
). I also need to get my diet in order. I don't eat enough veges and I have a massive sweet tooth. Working on all of this though.To curb mine I try to make smoothies with bananas and blueberries or stawberries. I also try to add some green leafs to it so it's not just pure sugar. I also put almonds (or other nuts/seeds) for texture. I might thrown some raisins in too if its just a green smoothie.Guys, I have a serious sweet tooth. I do spin class three times a week, MMA class twice a week, and free weights twice a week so the workout is good. I try to eat healthy, but those donuts be calling me
