BUT I never tried to split my time. Ill give it a try Friday.@twan83 Ive just been dialing up the pace on the treadmill for the whole 2 miles. Like when I first started I was at 5mph for 24 minutes. Now Im up to 6mph for 20 minutes. When I tried it backwards (7.5 mph and just tried to go longer each time) I damn near flew off the treadmill about 9 minutes inBUT I never tried to split my time. Ill give it a try Friday.

I've been really consistent for the past three weeks. One thing that I had to realize is that as much as I want to be, I am not a morning person.
Although I woke up early for two weeks to work out, it's just not me. Therefore, I've started working out at 10ish every night and it works for me.
Of course, my biggest accomplishment has been with my disciplined eating. I'm back to mostly eating clean.
