@Rawtid I can now hula hoop for 30 minutes straight (15 minutes per side) and I don't know how it happened. I gave up on it a while ago and when I picked it back up... :skip: it was like magic. I can rotate it on both sides really well and there is no serious pain anymore. I'm legit confused on how this happened but ok.

I really want a heart rate moniter btw.

I haven't worked out since the last week of July and I've been going HAM on all these summer foods. Weighed myself the other day and pretty much wanted to cry because I haven't gained a fukking pound even tho I'm at a BBQ every week. :wow: Idk how I did it. You put grilled flank steak in my face and it's over, word to Big Boss. School starts this week to so this is gonna be stressful trying to find the time to get into it again. Think I'll just start off with yoga.

Yay!! I think that happened for me. I practiced like crazy and then one day just boom! I could do it. If you have the space, try walking forward and backward or also doing like a squat when you're doing it. I would try to walk side to side as well. I quit hula hooping once I started focusing on this marathon, but once it gets colder, I plan on picking it up again.

Me, myself and I
A friend of mine invited me to join her gym which has some interesting sounding dance classes. I haven't Zumba'd since I moved to my current place. Right now, I'm working on strength with weights and flexibility with yoga. The dancing sounds fun...

But $50/month when I have youtube, and my GAIAM channel with plenty of options?

yeah if you know how to workout you're better off putting that money towards getting the right foods in your body(like the concentrated superfoods I sell through my nutrition company OrganicPower.Biz) because the right nutrients are necessary to build muscle quickly and if you don't have them its going to be a long process. Don't waste your money on whey or any of that garbage sold in gnc, its all inferior proteins sources and its cut with synthetic vitamins and minerals that are ineffective and cause kidney stones

My lady stay tired and unmotivated. I did the Insanity video with Shawn T with her and she barely made it past the warm up. She a foodie. How can she get motivated. My last girl/baby moms was more active, we played tennis, walked, runnin and went swimming but she was younger 23. The current just turned 30 but her career keeps her busy and when she gets home she tired and lethargic. She got mad at me the other day because I said she could be a 9/10 if she works out but that extra weight got her at a 6/10. She a good woman tho and I like driving her Benz
In my experiences as a trainer I found that most of my clients were dealing with lack of energy and I found out it was due to nutritional deficiencies. People are not eating real food anymore so people's bodies are low on nutrients even when they are eating all day. I put my clients on the superfood powders my nutrition company produces and clients reported spikes in energy within hours. It has such a quick effect because its a concentrated dose of fruits/veggies/herbs/seeds that contain thousands of micronutrients so when the powder hits your bloodstream the food is already ground/pre digested and easily absorbed. Right now our Fat Burner is on sale for $19.99 for a limited time so if you're looking to try out all the answers to your problem in one bottle pm me and I'll throw in a free product for you.

Here are a few quick tips for her
1. Cut out all pop and juices. These drinks strip away minerals from your bones and cause your immune system to constantly expend energy because those drinks are filled with toxins that the body has to get rid of or disease will occur, such as diabetes and heart disease. Get her to drink lots of water and teas. Not teas in the bag though, go to the store and get some organic raw herbs and boil them yourself in a big pot of water. Its cheaper and its a lot more potent. Start with Sage, Ginger and Lemongrass. Turmeric is good to. I personally only drink water and these kind of drinks i make for myself. So i boil my herbs in hot water and just add honey and maple syrup for sweetener and i have a healthy sweet drink to sip on all day. Also i pour a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar into a water bottle, add as much honey or maple syrup I want and shake it up, takes like apple juice or apple cider depending on how much vinegar you add. You can drink that all day.

2. Cut out bread and meat. If she has to eat meat go for lamb its the cleanest. I know how it can be challenging to get some women to change their diet because they feel like If it doesn't taste the way they want it to they can't eat it so you may have to cook some meals for her to get going.

3. Support. Its overwhelming for a lot of people, especially people who are already unhappy because of their looks to just completely overhaul their life on their own, because that's what it takes. It does take discipline to cook your own meals every day and to research all the foods to eat and what to stay away from. So what I tell people is this and this is why I started my company. You can give people all the wisdom in the world until you're blue in the face but the best way to truly help people is by making things more convenient for them. If she can't give up the pop on her own, just make sure you don't buy any and always keep the fridge filled with the drinks i recommended so there is no excuse. Make her breakfast and dinner so you know that she ate atleast two healthy meals during the day. Ask her to go walking or when you are laying down watching tv start doing some planks or leg raises and ask her to join in. Whatever you can DO, do it so that you're in it with her and its not just something that she feels like she has to do on her own.

Is yoga supposed to make you tired?

I know this may be a stupid question but I've been doing a yoga challenge and I'm on day 14. Every time I finish (usually a 20-40 min session) I feel like I need to take a nap. Not really tired but more relaxed. Is this normal? Am I over doing it? I thought yoga was supposed to energize you. I also do 30 mins of cardio every other day and I'm doing a low carb/green smoothie diet.

Any suggestions?

Just worked out today. My ass and thighs hurt. Good.
Is it pointless to do anb toning exercises while bulking. I'm looking kinda round and fluffy.

Truth and logic
I went on a hike. I was not expecting it to be like that. I was too uneven, too much incline, too many trees to climb over. I didn't know I had to be trained in parkour to go on a doggone hike. :pachaha:I was miserable but I didn't complain and I just kept going.

I am going to train hard for the next 6 months, and then I am going to do the same hike again. I will not be defeated.
