My elliptical training is pointless. Am at levels 5 and 9 for HIIT and just maintaining, not losing.

Im pissed about it so Im eating more bs.

Anybody up for challenge? I need some accountability/support bad.
So make smarter choices with food .

Eat bad and working out only last for a so long .

If you wanna get past a certain point gotta fix that diet .

I didn't do shyt all winter so now the weather is warmer i have to get back at it. :sadcam: Starting off with 2 days of strength and 5 days of cardio (mainly just walking) for 30 minutes.

Ive been doing jump rope and sprint intervals during my walk. Yesterday I rode my bike and tomorrow I'm thinking of adding in jumping jacks and lunges. I know 30 minutes isn't shyt so I try to add some challenge to it. I'll add 5 minutes each week and another day of strength training in about 4 weeks.

I didn't know where to put this, but have any of you ladies tried Protein World products? I've seen them advertised all over Instagram and the review online seem to be pretty good. Every protein powder I try tastes disgusting, so I want to try this one as a meal replacement.

People keep complimenting me on my progress, but I just don't see it. SMH. Anyway I decided to join a gym because I need some guidance in my workouts.
I put my gym clothes on the other day for my yoga and step class. I finally see the progress that everyone is talking about. I'm feeling myself right now. Just in time for the warmer weather.

2 years with the shift really happening in the last year or so when I started taking it seriously. I would always lose and then put back on more.
Mainly diet. I've gotten to the point where I know how my body works. So I watch what I put in it. Hot Liquids(tea) in the am, helps me burn away the excess foods from the previous day. I became what some call a pescstarian in 2014 and at the start on 2015 I took on vegan full time and haven't looked back

Never saw this I'll look it up later. The only protein powder I like is one from gnc called total lean the vanilla flavor it's surprisingly very tasty. I try to get em when their on sale tho.

1.5 years later and I'm still not done with this weight loss ish. When I say I'm tired of myfitnesspal and calories and mirrors and inches and carbs and food scales omg :dead:

According to my calculations, I should hit my goal mid-July... So close. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep my sanity until then caaaauuuussseeeee...girl :usure:

Since my clothes are starting to get tighter and tighter, it's time to start working out again. I need to lose 20 lbs then maintain that. Mon., Weds., Fri. Cardio and Tues. Thurs. Strength

Yeah me too. I started lifting weighs and saw a change in my physical but I more so was trying to get under 200. Now I'm 217. I had got down to 205.
I'm tryna get back down to 145. I was at 165 when I started and now I'm at 169 :damn:
