People keep complimenting me on my progress, but I just don't see it. SMH. Anyway I decided to join a gym because I need some guidance in my workouts.
So make smarter choices with food .My elliptical training is pointless. Am at levels 5 and 9 for HIIT and just maintaining, not losing.
Im pissed about it so Im eating more bs.
Anybody up for challenge? I need some accountability/support bad.
Starting off with 2 days of strength and 5 days of cardio (mainly just walking) for 30 minutes.
I put my gym clothes on the other day for my yoga and step class. I finally see the progress that everyone is talking about. I'm feeling myself right now. In how much time..Went from 280 to 205. Another 15-20 and then I'll work on building muscle.
2 years with the shift really happening in the last year or so when I started taking it seriously. I would always lose and then put back on more.In how much time..
Diet alone or was exercise involved?

Never saw this I'll look it up later. The only protein powder I like is one from gnc called total lean the vanilla flavor it's surprisingly very tasty. I try to get em when their on sale tho.I didn't know where to put this, but have any of you ladies tried Protein World products? I've seen them advertised all over Instagram and the review online seem to be pretty good. Every protein powder I try tastes disgusting, so I want to try this one as a meal replacement.

Yeah me too. I started lifting weighs and saw a change in my physical but I more so was trying to get under 200. Now I'm 217. I had got down to 205.Ever since I started working out, I've gained 4 lbs.![]()
