Ok cool. I understand now. Are you intentional trying to put on muscle?
I'm trying to lose weight first then put on muscle. I've changed my diet today I'm only eating clean food either fresh or frozen, gonna try to limit my fried, greasy, fast food intake to twice a week and see how that goes.

You should go vegan for a week or 2 :ehh:

And drink some coconut water every day during that time spand. You will see the change quickly

I've been trying to drink a gallon of water a day,but I'm too busy to be going to the bathroom every 5 seconds.

You made me laugh really loud in class just now. But the frequent peeing is hard. I've been to the bathroom 3 times in the last hour. That's hard work when you got on tight jeans and the bathroom is far away
