What kind of exercises would you ladies be doing if you wanted to trim your legs and midsection whilst not losing any booty meat? :jbhmm:.

Asking for a friend...seriously lol.

I think Im losing the weight I gained. I need to hit the gym, Im probaby experiencing atrophy since I stopped walking and skating. I have a desk job now. Can't wait to bulk up.

My midsection is the last place to lose weight/tone up. I just want a washboard flat tummy, any tips?

I forgot all about this thread.

My knee is still very messed up and I suppose this will effect me long term because the way I run is all fukked up.

Still, I know my limits and I don't want to lose my gains so I still hit the gym often, just very moderately. If I only do a mile and some change I'll make up for it on the elliptical for less impact.

In place of my squats I've been using the stair master. I'm losing so much ass weight :blessed:

In the Sauna I do push ups and planks. Usually I do my squats I'm there as well.

I need to get my butt a gym membership immediately. Imma be skinny fat y'all :disappointed: I do no weight training at all and this last 15 lbs ain't moving.

I swear to god if I don't get to my goal weight by Jan. 2017 imma be pissed :wow: that'll be 2 years. 2 years. It should not take this freaking long. :damn:

You know what.... I get paid tomorrow. I'm going up to LA fitness to-damn-morrow and signing up. It's the only gym near me besides a planet fitness (they kinda shady). I'm going. I'm going. I'm going.

Some advice. hope it helps.

1. Do you sleep well (6-8 hours per day)? If not, work on that before diet & exercise. Remember you need energy to do all these exercises and avoid injury, And abs are made in the kitchen and sculpted in the gym (I eat too much nonsense)

Advice: Try a meetup; it's usually free and allows you to see if you really want to work out.
Also, run on a treadmill in the beginning. Not advisable for long term, but it will force you to run at a certain pace. Then you can try all the other machines and YT training videos/real-life classes.

There's a running/beginnertorunning group I was apart of that ended up being too far of a trek for me during the weekdays and with my summer work hours I couldn't even make it. I'm thinking of potentially joining again, working out with people makes such a difference as I lack discipline+time necessary to be consistent.
