I'm a get in trouble lol.I'm a get in trouble lol.
You can catch a glimpse in the hair thread tho lol. It's not much.
Try the park meetupsThere's a running/beginnertorunning group I was apart of that ended up being too far of a trek for me during the weekdays and with my summer work hours I couldn't even make it. I'm thinking of potentially joining again, working out with people makes such a difference as I lack discipline+time necessary to be consistent.
I must have been high when I posted this

at the end of the year when bih?Yea, I went. Finally.Did you go?
Some advice. hope it helps.
1. Do you sleep well (6-8 hours per day)? If not, work on that before diet & exercise. Remember you need energy to do all these exercises and avoid injury, And abs are made in the kitchen and sculpted in the gym (I eat too much nonsense)
Advice: Try a meetup; it's usually free and allows you to see if you really want to work out.
Also, run on a treadmill in the beginning. Not advisable for long term, but it will force you to run at a certain pace. Then you can try all the other machines and YT training videos/real-life classes.
You got this.
I'm determined.Try the park meetups

No.Yeah I'm thinking about it, make a regular attempt to go at least once a week. They're doing some big things and have partnerships with a big brand now, too.![]()

Ok I've found my real official goals

FYI...NYC Parks and Recreation on 135th st has an indoor Olympic-sized pool.Just found out my spin instructor is back at the gym but in the meantime I've logged 8-10 miles over the past three weekends. Swimming comes next one, finally found my gear
I'm determined this week though.
