Contrary to conventional knowledge, "warming up" isn't necessary, at least not in the sense that's usually believed. Stretching for a quick little second is literally all you need. This cat said he runs FIVE MILES before hitting the weights. Which not only drastically will reduce the amount of weight you can lift and the period of time you can lift for, but it's backwards. When lifting is done first, you can usually still bang out your cardio nicely (because you're going from weighted exercises, to just your body weight), and you'll actually burn calories faster because of the metabolic state you're in due to your lifting (depending on how you lift...for example, circuit, super or tri-setting).

Most cardio pushes your endurance/stamina. You don't want that fukking with your lifting, bro. Maybe some of you do, but you'll plateau a hell of a lot quicker, and never lift to your full potential if you're running miles before you hit the iron. Your stamina will be so depleted (even if you're back to breathing normally) that by the time do do lift, you'll be less able to do what you could had you done these in reverse order.

Trust me b, I didn't just start lifting weights. Lol I did this shyt day in & day out with nothing else to do for a period of YEARS. Nothing but biology, fitness & exercise books, damn near professional weightlifters, and a yard full of iron around at all times. I was just pointing out how funny that sounded, dude can do as he pleases...
