Fear Street 1994 was a solid ass watch. Growing up watching the Goosebumps series, it’s refreshing to see an R. L. Stine work filmed in a more mature, high-stakes way like this one. Don’t get me wrong, there’s some cheesiness involved in this as well but everything still balances out by the end.

Looks like we’re headed for some Friday the 13th camp fukkery in Part 2.

Fear Street was entertaining enough to get me to watch the other 2 parts. Hits all the horror movies cliches and the main girl was throughout, but it had some funny and unexpected moments. I hope the next installments are better though.
