Breh, my thumb was legit hurting so bad from spamming square I couldn’t even press down on the buttons with it after beating the challenge. I was using my index finger and shyt.

Good game but hella bloated smh...this is why open world games don't work for every genre of games.....only up to chapter 7 but the amount of fluff is irritating..remake at least was nicely paced story. Anyway let's see if it gets better story wise

Don't get it twisted the gameplay was massively improved,slightly improved graphics and the extra stuff it's not bad it's just too much that it becomes annoying...

Tempe of the Ancients is the point of no return, so you technically are.

It gets hard in certain areas. There are some difficulty spikes with some enemies/bosses.

I do hate difficulty spikes lol..I mean my offensive team is cloud tifa and yuffi. They pretty much stagger and do crazy damage like it's nothing

Am pretty sure from what I've skimmed online ,that I haven't faced any of the hardest bosses yet..the only fight I had do redo again SO far was phoenix and the huge serpent in chapter 2 but I really didn't know the system.
Phoenix,he was one HP after stagger but then he did his cutscene move and killed the team lol....

Parrying seems to me to be the most important skill,always use access.that could make a 3 minute fight into a 30 second fight.

I'm on regular difficulty around the start of Chapter 13 and I've found the game fairly easy aside from Rufus and a few mildly tough summons.

But I'm doing lots of sidequests so I might be a little overleveled.
