I respect the teachings of Peace more than most but I won't bind myself in the rituals by fasting until I'm 1 hunna percent sure it's the way

You dont have to begin fasting straight away if you arent a practicing Muslim even if you have interest in the religion. However, if you want to take part in observing the holy month then you can do so by participating in doing any of the 5 pillars. One of them is alms giving during ramadan which is the practice of giving food/helping the poor/homeless. If you do this during Ramadan you'll recieve a lot of blessings. Wishing you the best!

I agree. It's crazy how far we can stray over the course of one year.

It's a miracle we're alive to see another Ramadan. Plenty of Muslims didn't make it this year.

dont feel like your have to fast if your not muslim in a muslim country

dont let the media distort your perception if you simply say im not muslim no one will care

especially morocco

a lot of people have medical reasons not to fast too, so if you dont feel comfortable saying you arent muslim just say you have a medical condition and cant fast
