For brehs lifting during Ramadan when do you guys go? Gonna try the hour before Iftar thing this year.

Couple hours before iftar is good cuz you get a massive meal in afterwards, but honestly the lifts are better if you can wait till post-Iftar. Not sure which I'm gonna do yet this year. It's tough with these long fasts breh. Good luck.

It isn't a hobby. :ld:
Nothing wrong with non-Muslims reaping the rewards and benefits of Ramadan. It's Ramadan for everyone, not just Muslims.

Ramadan Mubarak to those who started today, moon wasn't sighted in my area of the US (age old argument, to each their own, G-d knows best) so it comes in tonight for myself. Day 1 of fasting will be tomorrow. Looking forward to it, nice to see the people in here making it happen. :obama:

To me Ramadan is more than fasting so I'm always wary of those who did it without any perspective. But I guess it can be a good experience for all.

Anyway, I gotta say, Day 1 has been a breeze so far. I'm not hungry at all. I had some overnight oats with honey and blueberries and a chicken salad sandwich during suhoor and I'm still going strong.

You're absolutely right about that, fasting from food and water is the easy part to me lol. Hopefully those who aren't Muslim can benefit just as much spiritually as we do.
