read my post on the first pageHow do you guys get any work done in Ramadan? I'm trying to study while fasting and nothings registering fast enough.
good luck on your studies bruhOats are the GOAT (Have you tried eating some oats? Honestly, I haven't felt hungry at all during these fasts because of it. I'm never even a rush to eat Iftar. Masha'Allah.
No cooking involved: put some oats in a (mason) jar, add (grass-fed) milk and leave in the the fridge for at least 4 hours (I make it a day ahead). When you're ready to eat, just add some honey and fresh fruits.

Very true.![]()
I tried but I'm not about that late night life during Ramadan. I'm off to bed. I hope I don't hit the snooze/off button on that 3:05 alarm and miss Suhoor again.![]()

I hope your all having a great day 4 fast.
I don't know why, but I've had a headache every day since we started fasting.
It's strange cuz I've been drinking as much water as I can when it's suhoor/iftar to stay hydrated.![]()

Yes same here idk what's going on. I think maybe in my case it is adjusting to the weird sleeping patterns. It could very well be hydration but I reckon I'm getting in close to 2+ litres of water a day.

Hmm..yeah it might just be that. I also thought that I may not be getting enough sleep,so I've been taking regular naps. But I've been waking up with the headache still lingering.![]()

Let's just attribute it to our brains growing due to the increased wisdom we gain in this holy month
It'll make you feel better lol.
