That too, I was saying eventually judges, juries, and courts at various levels, are going to start hearing a defense that is these people are mentally ill from racism/8chan weird shyt/anti social/sociopathic behavior.
I've really gone in depth reading about Muslim terrorists and their self radicalization, which is often used as a defense (validly so, in my view) and as a mitigating factor in sentencing.

I think the nut in Staten Island who accidentally killed a mob boss is trying that defense. A trial lawyer I'm friends with says defenses like that are almost impossible really anything involving mental illness/deficiency I'm not sure if its due to what the state/feds require or juries don't care.
