You forget how dumb the average voter is. The fact that 73M voted for him/will vote for him/a smarter more charismatic WS, with the right wing media and electoral college. Also as the courts and ReThugs have shown the Constitution is useless when a POTUS of their choice is in power. This was a test run and it almost worked.
