There are multiple bases in Kuwait. I've worked with the Kuwaiti military pre and post-US military training, shear incompetence and fear of targeting and shooting down a craft in their airspace is not a large logical leap.

Warzone is saying a Kuwaiti F-18 shot them down. I don't think a Patriot could even lock on to one let alone 3 so that makes more sense albeit still stupid.

Even the second Iraq war, which was a huge step down from the professionalism of the first had months of planning ahead of the conflict.

Breh it’s funny you said that because I was in the second Iraq War and I was riding around in a top less hummer at one point. They ran out of ballistic plates so I only had one. We constantly moving ahead of our supply line so there were days we didn’t have a resupply of food and ammo for our howitzers. Smh…
