They’re too loyal to old players who fit the prototype of the good old Canadian hockey player ( a big player with size, work ethic, Grit and unassuming attitude who plays the right way)

you're right, its because overall canada is better , for example these are the top 4 scorers in the nhl currently. Canada has 3 of them on 1 line
