Im not gonna sit here and say keeping a disease should be a secret, you should always tell a person you're involved with sexually if you have any sort of std or hiv/AIDS, hep c, etc.. It's completely selfish and fukked up to not. But that's between the two people who are engaging in sex or are involved in some sort of way. It's not for some immature ass bytch to record you talking about it and putting that out into the world.
There's a reason that there are laws to protect An hiv/AIDS carrier status from general public.
Not only does this dude have to cope with having AIDS he has to cope with the social backlash, the reaction from women he gets involved with etc etc
