You know to get a superstar you typically have to give something up unless that player decides to leave big money on the table. Indy improves by getting more vets they clearly need another shooter badly. A 3D guy. Get rid of Turner for a mobile defensive big.

That's the thing, when you have a core of this caliber, you can get high-level players via trade. Houston, Spurs and probably the Pistons soon are going to confirm that. But in today's market, those players have to want to play for your team. The Kawhi trade, I don't even think that could happen in 2025 with these new cap rules. You fukk your team completely if a max slot is bad or disgruntled.

I'm actively shytting on the players themselves for not wanting to play in Oklahomas and Indianas. It looks like we're gonna continue to have increasing parity anyway, but that would go a long way towards helping

Did you not watch the game. They cut it to 2 points in the 4th quarter. Hali has to be better. You can't be the best player on your team and be scared to be aggressive. Siakam was excellent and they got good contribution from the other guys.
