Still got Payton but my young Knicks might be running the ship tonight:blessed:

Hopefully it’s nothing serious though
Payton
Barrett
Bullock
Knox
Mitch

Maybe Trier or Dotson will start in place of Bullock
I can see Miller still not starting Knox and putting Bullock at PF

Perry is what's actually keeping it from being an absolute fullblown catastrophe. If it was Mills, Frank would've been traded and RJ would've never been picked.
Nah, rumor was Mills was in favor of keeping Frank while Perry wanted him gone. I don’t like the favoritism but I understand it. Still don’t like him brining Payton in when that position was already fine between Frank, DSJ and Kadeem. I’m not saying it was perfect but we had the people we needed to give time to.

BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN

The coach probably called him out for being a doofus on the court. Good but now I kinda wish Morris was playing his position with:
Frank
RJ
Bullock
Morris
Taj or Robinson

Now Knox and Dotson can fit into the second line rotation and get more minutes.

I hope this moral isn't how the whole team feels.

I really wanna know what that meeting was about. Newsday had an article where he flat out said he's happy as a Knick that dropped yesterday. It was about his return to where he was drafted in LA and I guess they asked if he wished LA had turned out different so he was like "I'm happy where I'm at...I'm happy to be a Knick." He's also had a bunch of quality games recently and his effort seemed turned up. I wonder if they let him know about a potential trade...

I hope he is not

1) depressed
or
2) had a passing in his family or had a close friend pass

If it's nothing serious like 1) or 2), then maybe he was traded

If that's the case

There are big differences between Frank and Knox though. Knox is a lot more talented and Frank came over from France where playing completely different type of offense was drilled into him and suits him a lot better.

But the biggest difference is that Frank has always shown heart on the defensive end, which is frustrating on a different level (how do you have the dog in you on defense but are afraid on offense).

Knox on the other hand is a p*ssy in all facets of the game. He has never shown any heart or pride on either end of the floor. He's the guy that hangs his head and won't fight for a rebound just because it didn't go his way couple of plays in a row. He has never shown any fight or effort, he's like a long lost Ball brother :hhh:

I'm the biggest advocate for patience and player development in this thread but I have no time for young players who show no effort, pride or heart. He's in his second year, relegated to 10 minutes a game, not a 10 year vet that's paid his dues.

I hope I'm wrong but it looks like the scouting reports of 'low motor' were 100% true. I hope there are examples of players with weak mentality that were able to be developed into successful players but even if it's possible I highly doubt we're the organization to do it.
That dude just wants to C&S and chuck threes. It’s the majority of his shot profile which is why his efficiency sucks it’s getting to the point that he should be sent down.

His ball skills are trash, bad footwork, rudimentary handle, zero in between game, no “wiggle”, poor foot speed, poor defensive awareness, just average hops with decent length, bad motor.

I’m starting to feel bad for him :sadcam:
