I'd take Thybulle for sure, but I don't think the Sixers are letting him go. You know I stan defense so that's my guy. Shamet, I'm definitely expecting a pick or picks with but if I'm not mistaken the Clippers can't deal any picks for a while because they gave up a bunch already. I'd also be aiming for a 2021 pick rather than a 2020 one. I like some of the mid-round guys but not much late. Just get me someone like Haliburton and let's look to the next draft class.

Thybulle is ultimately a role player who hits 3s well and will become one of the all time great defenders (he is already a great defender)

But he is still a role player

They might not bite but if they legitimately think Morris puts them over the top, then a role player and picks for a guy who can get you over the hump might not be too steep for them

I don’t think you can sign him again because of something in the CBA but I could be mistaken.

This draft sucks. I have zero doubt we will find a player and develop him enough to be a valuable contributor past his first NBA contract. Whoever we draft and develop will likely be a guy you can easily find in free agency.

Clippers would also prefer to keep Shamet because he’s a combo guard+shooter. Morris conflicts with Kawhi and PG. I think their looking for a guard shooter and true big man depth.

Getting Bogs and keeping Morris probably gets us to the 10-14th pick range I’d imagine. Who ever we draft there would come off the bench with Knox and Frank.

Oh, like including it in the trade for Bogdanovic? I wouldn’t. Kings are trading him cause they’re gonna lose him for nothing. I saw someone on Twitter say we take Dedmond off their hands with Bogs. I’m thinking Trier, Portis and the 2020 second rounder for Dedmond and Bogdanovic? Think that gets it done? They get a cheaper replacement in trier and they can decline Portis this summer to save money.

Lol true. I said whoever we draft would come off the bench with Knox or Frank. Maybe Hampton falls that far. I’m sure Maxey would be available.
