I really wanna know what that meeting was about. Newsday had an article where he flat out said he's happy as a Knick that dropped yesterday. It was about his return to where he was drafted in LA and I guess they asked if he wished LA had turned out different so he was like "I'm happy where I'm at...I'm happy to be a Knick." He's also had a bunch of quality games recently and his effort seemed turned up. I wonder if they let him know about a potential trade...
You think Mike’s benching him?

I don't see the point of trading Morris for a low 1st rounder. What we gonna get with that? Potential? A tall, 200 lb power forward we gotta wait 3-5 years to see if he shows decent potential? We can use our own picks for that AND keep an established, solid player in his prime. Oh but it becomes an asset you say? Flipped in another deal? What deal is a low 1st rounder moving the needle on? When has throwing in the 27th pick gotta deal done that was apparently dead?
And then some of you have the nerve to say we could just re-sign him in the offseason. Cuz yeah he'd do that. What about next season would change where he wouldn't be the exact same type asset again? Flipped for picks. I wouldn't return if I was him.
That said, the only players untouchable to me are RJ and Mitch. And Mitch can be had for the right deal. shyt so can RJ.

I'm sure some of you are confused. "You just said don't trade Morris". I said not for some rinky dink low 1st rounder. Package em with something and get something tangible if you must.

I hope no family tragedy has befallen poor Julius. I hope they called him in to tell him it's a good idea to start looking for apartments in Minnesota. :ohlawd:

I don't think so. If anyone, it'd be Taj to the bench for the changes. Even if they want him out, they'd be playing him to work a deal (I think this is why Ellington has gotten burn before Dotson tbh). Plus, tbh, Randle's play has improved recently imo. He still does frustrating things but he's gotten better with new wrinkles in the playbook to help him out. Dallas Amico's second part of the new offensive playbook additions is all about a set that really works well specifically for Randle.

Is that real don’t see it on his Twitter
It’s fake
Some people are saying it's fake and some are saying he deleted it. I dunno bruh.

Yeah Idk cause that poster seemed like he was trolling in the tweet comments when someone said it’s not even on mobile . But then he doubled down so idk .a family emergency could have him sad since he’s not with the team and he posted that not

Agreed. Another reason to blame Mills and Perry for bring these guys in knowing what makes RJ effective.

Been saying this from day 1
He put in work against two elite defenses w/ Paul George on him one game and guys like Bradley, Green, etc. the next
His strength, footwork, body control, and ability to get downhill for his age is special
He will most likely struggle time and time again this season but I expect big improvements over the next 5 years as he gets stronger, grows into his body and hopefully improves his shot
If he improves his shooting, the sky is the limit for his ceiling

You don’t necessarily have to trade him for this years draft pick. I would target the year HS players are eligible.

That definitely would be a stacked draft with 12-15 prospects

Or the knicks are playing this smart, morris is easily the biggest or one of the biggest trade asset in the league. If a team becomes desperate enough, perhaps we can get 1st with a young player

BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN
Hope this doesn't mean the Knicks are stuck with Randle
Poor spacing and selfish play for the rest of the season
This combined with Randles cryptic post after the private room meeting indicates that Randle is being put on the market. Morris is perfect for this team.
