I'm not disputing that. What he did in terms of leadership and play at his age was great.
Also he's obviously great with people/interviews because people keep falling for his shyt. After 3 and a half terrible seasons in Milwaukee and back stabbing Brooklyn he was able to get an assistant role with Lakers.
And now he's apparently the front runner for a head coaching position against much more qualified candidates.
