Ok, no one has symptoms that are so severe that they last the entire 7 days and they need to lay down for need to remove themselves from mental or physical tasks for a full 168 hrs. Mine are crummy for one day and I'm tired as heck for 8 but id be entitled as shyt if I were to think my boss should find coverage for me 25 out of 30 days of the month and all my female coworkers. Hell if my female boss was gone for a full week every month id quit lol. Honestly how do these companies run?

I could see the incentives to hire women drop drastically if this were to happen here.

If a woman is having severe cramps and heavy bleeding for more than 3 days, every month, then it calls for a trip to the OB/Gyn because its a problem that can be fixed with meds or worst case scenario: surgery.

how they hell are u gonna say no one has symptoms that last the whole 7 days? U sound real stupid making that assumption. And by the way a period can also last more than 7 days if she has a serious medical issue.

Oh lord. I said severe symptoms,like cramping nausea migraines etc. Severe meaning bad enough to incapacitate you for a full seven days. Severe symptoms don't last seven days. If you are incapacitated for three or more days there is something wrong and you should be seeing your gyno asap. I can tell you stopped reading because you ignored that adjective. Can you honestly say that it's normal for a cycle to leave you disabled for 7 days out of the month?

My clit jumped at the title. Most women dont care for promotions or power in the company..thats males. We care about getting paid to shop, so technically the money is being put right back in our pocket after we spend it. THAT is what we wake up for.
