What about modern day Ghana? Are black Americans at fault for their condition? Caribbean ppl? The descendents of their slavery are to blame? Were Ghanaians not moving like whites by selling us off?

50 Years on a leasehold -> so spend the $, and you better be dead in 50, because the land reverts back to Ghana. At least Hong Kong will give you 99.

Can't buy in Sierra Leone either.

I think Togo and Benin allow foreigners to outright purchase land.
