Ive been upping the weight on all my workouts this week, good to see some progression

Moved that workout from last night to today

Upped the weight and had one of the better workouts of the year so far.

Nothing like the feeling of progression

Had no desire whatsoever to hit the gym today

But i dragged myself in and had another good workout :yes:

Wasnt able to finish my workout today (leg day) legs started cramping like a bytch :smh:

Skipped abs and got the hell on
