Started the week off by getting a good workout in this morning, did back and biceps

Going back tonight to hit the chest, triceps and abs

Rest day yesterday, and used it as a cheat day...

Back on all water everything, shoulders and abs tonight.

Havent posted in a few days. Hit the gym early this morning for my chest and triceps workout. Tonight or tomorrow is legs

Chopped it up with this dude in the gym over the weekend, showed me a few new excerises to really target the lower abs and get a more defined V cut

Im at that stage where other people are strating to see the work ive been putting in. Went to my mama house and said ive gotten big. Then this chick at my crib last night said my arms looked good and i wasnt even flexing :smugfavre:

Damn i been neglecting my own thread. Ive hit the gym 4 days in a row and today will make 5. Been going extra hard on the abs and im liking the results. For me i need to hit my abs everyday to really get them to where i want to be.

Tody made it 5 days in the gym this week, and today was probably my best workout of the year. I feel great and im going to keep this up as long as possible

I got shyt to do tonight so i hit the gym during lunch at work. Chest and triceps. I love how empty the gym is at 1pm, might have to do that more often.

Been sick the last 2 days, missed the gym yesterday...

So i called out of work today, got some extra rest and hit the gym around 3:30... Got on the bike for 10-15 minutes and felt gassed, tried to squat and could just tell i didnt have it. Sat in the sauna and dipped out. :smh:

This shyt sucks im ready to be back at 100 percent

Finally felt good enough to get back in the gym today. Did back and biceps (im using the pump to flex today)

Also saw one of the old traniers at another la fitness i use to go to. He said i look like ive been puttin some work in :jawalrus:

I got on the scale last week before a workout, came in at 179

Chest and triceps today

Bench 4x10
Dumbell press 4x10
Dumbell flys 3x10
Triceps extension 3x12
Overhead rope extension 3x12

Did 10 mins on the stairs, 15 mins on the heavy bag, and 150 sit ups :lift:

I'm going to jack these bruh.

I'm trying to get to 175 and flatten my abs and chest (get a lil bit of man boobs :sadbron:) and this is the type of workout I need. I'm REALLY focused on my chest, abs, and love handle/hips area

I'm at 178ish now and that's just from doing the treadmill (I do at least an hour and make sure i'm at or have ran over 6 miles a day)

If it's not too much of a hassle, how often you go to the gym and what you do on your rest days? I got the dedication, I just don't have ANY kind of structure when i'm in the gym :sadbron:
