I don’t buy this only because for example Apple CEO Tim Cook has been kissing Trump’s ass by giving him a gift at the White House. They may prefer Skydance to buy WBD, but doesn’t mean other partners can’t bride their way into getting the HBO assets imo

Sounds like from reading it’s gonna come down to Paramount or Netflix. Don’t think Comcast has the money to do it and with Trump not liking Roberts, gonna be tough got them to get it imo

I am still hoping Netflix pulls it off. The CEO's wife is black and identifies as being black, so we know they won't turn the WB into some MAGA shyt. Plus this is a once in a lifetime chance to acquire IP's that would basically ensure that Netflix can't go out like blockbuster. If they ever lose the tech race, they can alway recoup based on their IPs.
