I've seen excuses being made for only being able to sell 27k in a 60k stadium, while these same people have clown AEW nonstop for their inability to sellout arenas. Rock shouldn’t insert himself in creative if he’s not going to follow thru. He showed up at Bad Blood and it lead nowhere. He gave the throat cut gesture to Cena, leading to the heel turn.

So yes he deserves some blame. I give HHH the most blame since he books the show.

Who is gonna tell him "No"? Tell me that...the Rock is a winner. His segments have been legendary..Cripple H, Michaels, Cena .those kind of guys? They all fell off bad.
