They're actually in the process of doing this in the DMV area and Atlanta. Their next target after those is Houston. The women are trying to play the colorism game as a way for them to slither through leadership positions. ex. the hoarding of wealth and property ownership in the West Indian community of New York helped to lock black Americans out of housing and caused West Indians to be most of the property owners in a time where black Americans were not afforded the same luxuries as immigrants. They broke racial cartels...for themselves and then lended/sold...to themselves, not black Americans.

You can't. Once the carribean women get in positions of power (this happens pretty fast) Issa wrap. They get help from dark skin black American women who are bitter about their treatment growing up, so they rather side with african and carribean women over their skinfolk.
