An old head told me this today. He is like people that are always asking you for change, never have money for the bus etc etc are that way because they choose to be that way.

Instead of them not watching tv, wasting money on drugs, alcohol etc, they can be diverting their energies towards other activities. He was telling me America is a cruel country and if you aint smart, stupid and on your grind then the system will eat you up and spit you out.

Anyways speak on this... I know this stuff might be common sense and all but drop in your 2 cents..

It's true and false. You got people who bullshyt who could do better and the opportunity maybe there, than you have people who truly work hard but is still broke. Who you know, how you handle opportunities and your faith in yourself is truly important. Most plans or ideas fail because people are too scared that it won't work so they don't even try. And when people aren't scared that it won't work the first few times that they do fail they give up.

I don't know anybody that's bold at all. Now they might not be as monied up as they could be but flat out broke? Never saw that ever. If you broke its more what dude said in the OP than work hard and still broke.
