As far as I’m concerned, the whole FF7 remake thing is DLC. Literally buying DLC with your DLC, crazy times.

I wouldn't go that far as to call it DLC, but not even paying for deluxe editions, I can easily see this costing $200+ to get all the content if you want to play it all as it comes out.

Long as the quailty doesn't drop I don't mind truthfully. It's that good... but I worry when you start to get DLC that introduces characters we haven't even gotten to in the game. Even if it's limited...

For one, DLC can be that long, see The Shivering Isles for Oblivion or Dragonborn for Skyrim.

Second, the length isnt really the point. It is not a full game, but literally a part of a full game made decades ago. What’s the term? Episodic content? Isn’t that the same as DLC?
