I don't particularly care for the new Maxima body style :yeshrug:

There's a SR Midnight edition at my job in this merlot red w black trim/rims etc, and it's super sexy just standing still.

To the point it's a topic of conversation and 3 people have asked me had I seen it in the lot yet.

I'm not not convinced with the whole leasing over buying argument. How does leasing allow you to be liquid when owning also does since you have equity in the car. I don't think liquid is the right term because regardless you going to have a car note whether you lease or buy.
I meant buying cash versus leasing... eitherway a car is a depreciating asset ...
only equity I look for is in businesses/CRE and it ends there.

I will never look at a car as an investment until i'm wealthy enough to buy rare classic ones :yeshrug:

Yeah i got you but I look at an investment not only what will make you money but also what will save you money. Getting a used car for the low as opposed to leasing new could save money in the long term. Nah?

The 215
this is irrefutable no one would dispute
I don't even think that no one would dispute its just the avg person that has a Toyota or Volvo has to keep that while the same can't be said of those copping luxury cars. A lot more of those cats switching up their cars more often so I don't know how fair a comparison it really is.

Young Black people should buy trucks vs. cars.
1. More self sufficient.
2. Expands your lifestyle.
3. Easier maintenance.
4. More rugged/reliable.
5. Buying used is bigger win as trucks can build resale value faster with maintenance and new/upgraded parts. Trucks are tools.
6. Make money by odd jobs.
7. Good in city or rural areas (potholes/terrain).
8. Less attention from police.
9. Better ride.
10. More room.
11. Safer due to ride height and body on frame.

I could go on....

Get a truck along with a nice whip.
