I did some walking for like an hour,
30 minutes bike
About 20 pull ups
1 3 minute round of shadow boxing
Back workout and some chest press ups
And 40 push ups

Yeahh, I think I'll do it at a higher level today, I had surgery on Thursday so yh.

Who was holding mitts for you? You box?
Yup since 18 my coach holds the mitts and take it easy u just had surgery let it heal i highly recommended light strolls on the bike is cool through for recovery when u heal then go ham

Tuesday - BJJ Evening
Gym Routine Tuesday After Practice:
Pull Ups 4 sets of 15
Lat Pulldowns 4 sets of 10
Leg press 4 sets of 15

Wednesday - No-Gi Grappling

Thursday - BJJ/Judo

Saturday -
Bag work 4 rounds @ 3 minutes
Rowing machine 3 sets @ 5 minutes
Pull-Ups 4 sets of 15
Inclined situps with 25lb plate @ 2 min
intervals x 3

Sunday/Monday maybe another Judo class and alternating rest day

You're right, I've been on that bike today. 40 minutes 20 in the am and 25 in the pm.
Some pull ups, 20×2 push ups and some light technical shadowboxing. And some walking too.
