The Truth
About 30 minutes stretching

About 5-6 rounds on heavybag, about 4 minutes each round. Mixed between light, consistent punching and straight power shots per round

30 minutes stretch/chill

15 minutes sauna

Then full body weights... Low weight/high rep.

1st day: chest focused fullbody

2nd day; back focused fullbody

3rd day: lower body focused fullbody

4th day: Shoulder focused fullbody


200 reps abs each day

15 minute sauna cool down.


If I dont have a heavy bag or at different gym i replace it with regular cardio. Mixed between biking, ellipticle, and this shoulder thing that i don't know the name of.

Dont shadow box much/jump rope much. No speedbag to incorporate rounds into atm

Spoke to my ajarn today. Talmbout I need to not exercise for a few weeks and not shadowbox for a couple of weeks and am missing my chance to fight in November's smoker. Had me feeling salty smhhhh

I have to start adding back lifting
But haven't had the time.

Start 1 mile run
20 minutes on stair masters
10 on elliptical
10 wind sprints
.5 mile to end
is there a science behind this or is it just make a program u made for yourself

I just did 6 rounds of shadowing 3 rounds of rope work 15 push ups clap ups ups till failure

Just recovery bro light jogs shadow box just do stuff light like that

Tuesday - BJJ Evening
Gym Routine Tuesday After Practice:
Pull Ups 4 sets of 15
Lat Pulldowns 4 sets of 10
Leg press 4 sets of 15

Wednesday - No-Gi Grappling

Thursday - BJJ/Judo

Saturday -
Bag work 4 rounds @ 3 minutes
Rowing machine 3 sets @ 5 minutes
Pull-Ups 4 sets of 15
Inclined situps with 25lb plate @ 2 min
intervals x 3

Sunday/Monday maybe another Judo class and alternating rest day
Juijustsu cold did it in 6 grade it was intense still member the arm locks and triiange locks

I am mostly just pin and go for an Americana/Armbar from side control since that was my primary game from Judo. I've been just working to expand my finishes, mostly the baseball choke and up my sweep game since the gameplan for BJJ is a bit more involved....
