The guy who is jailed on the 4 murders, wasn't a part of the scheme. He's a hired hit man of the guy who was the face of the scheme. That guy hired this guy (Michael Coleman) to hunt the people who ran off with his cut...

He was killed back in May, by the family of the 49-year old father who was killed----->the 49-year old wasn't part of the play and was innocent, his son who ran off with the money was already in prison. Chester told Coleman to get the dad since he couldn't get the son...
The guy who is alive and charged with the 4 murders is the hired hitman, not part of the PPP plays...

He was off federal parole 2/22/19, but was still in prison in December 2015, and he was at least on parole for a minimum of a year, maybe more.
