How much money would you bet some change coming from this?lol Bro, the civil rights movement? How do you think they protested? It was much more in your face and disruptive than this, they shut down entire buildings, roads, etc. Took beatings in the process too. If anything, King's approach to organized disruption should be the blueprint for all of these movements. Historically, the most successful movements have been the most disruptive. No one will hear you if you stand on the side of the road.
Ok cool. You do that shyt in front ima slap the living shyt outta you and whatever bytch you with. Ruined that man life for nothing and talking bout they will protest for him also lol. bytch the protest they did didn’t work and they think another will? Hopefully someone runs over them next time.
That ain’t work for shyt. It ain’t work for blacks people or another other cause. Hopefully everyone out there dies and they mothers next for raising dummies
That’s exactly the point, make enough people uncomfortable that they vote for a politician that’ll do something. This has never been an effective organizing strategy in my opinion. There's no direct pressure on the politicians in this scenario, the people are the victims of this disruption, not those in power.
Imagine trying to drive home after a long day and you got kids in the car, and you just tryna get to the house. Then you see this bullsh*t
Or like this dude, trying to avoid going back inside![]()
Come from what, the protest featured in the OP? Probably no change, because it isn't disruptive enough. lol That's the irony, is that people think that the protest in the OP is too disruptive, protest is supposed to be disruptive, it has historically been. So unless they increase manpower and start really hitting pockets, likely nothing will change. One thing is undeniable, they garner more attention doing what they did there than they if they was standing on the side of the road. You see the tweet? You see us talking about it now? We are now talking about protest in general because of what they did.How much money would you bet some change coming from this?
That’s exactly the point, make enough people uncomfortable that they vote for a politician that’ll do something.
Nothing outside of violence will coerce an elected politician because they’re already lining their pockets.
There are black people on this forum right now that aren't aware of how disruptive the civil rights movement was. Is this an intentional failing by public education? I'm honestly at a loss for words, America has done good job producing selfish and docile worker ants.![]()
Protesters Blocking Traffic Is A Modern Reminder Of This Segregation Tool
More than 40 protesters in support of the Black Lives Matter movement were arrested after they temporarily shut down a highway in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Wednesday morning. They were protesting to demand justice for Philando Castile. But a…www.bustle.com
Sitting in the streets to protest the same racial injustice that has been happening to us for hundreds of years is not the same as sitting in the streets because your feelings are hurt that politicians aren't doing enough for climate change.

Fitting username. How many people do you think will die as a result of inaction on climate change? Can you even imagine how destabilized the world will become when sectors of the earth are uninhabitable?Sitting in the streets to protest the same racial injustice that has been happening to us for hundreds of years is not the same as sitting in the streets because your feelings are hurt that politicians aren't doing enough for climate change.
