What is lazy and terrible? The fact that you want to lose weight more slowly than suddenly and abruptly?

That's biology. That's biology based on scientific data and statistics.

I don't think that you're thinking long term.

I'm talking, half a year to a year, 1 year to 3 years, r years to 5 years, 5 years to a decade.

Elliptical is trash. Elliptical doesn't train you for anything in life. You aren't going to elliptical to work when your car dies. You dont elliptical out of bed. You don't elliptical with your friends.

Anyway.

$30 on Craig's. I went and picked it up, this is now my garage treadmill
Those arguments are weak and irrelevant. Flabby nikka

I’m learning from people who know their shyt not bias articles that want to sell you a treadmill lol. Go do proper research

Just go run on concrete outside like a regular person. "Proper research" just put one foot in front of the other, and get your knees up you fatty :mjlol:

Probably lose more calories doing research than working out :scust:

I do, daily....

But this is America :blessed:!!!!!

I've got a treadmill in my basement, perfect for running inside, and I now have one in my garage. So I can just open my garage and get a great breeze or fresh air. At night or during the day, or I can roll it into my driveway and get all of the sun and fresh air, while the kids jump on the trampoline, or run/ride/roller skate/scooter up and down the sidewalk. Family wants to watch a movie, but I want to run/jog, I get to go the the garage. And it cost me $30.00. I'm tried of people saying "equipment is too expensive!" "Might as well join a gym!" Or they end up paying more in gym membership fees when they can just own equipment.

No, treadmill is mad useful.

It's 2022 if you don't have one in your house or garage, you lost. They aren't expensive, and most people fold them up and keep them tucked away or hang clothes from them, so the narrative that they take up too much space is false.

A treadmill is in the top 3 things I'd never live without again.

If I had to choose it'd be a gun, air fryer, treadmill
