The goal would be to dump Jose (probably in a separate move) and acquire Mo to cover his spot. If you could dump Jose for expiring money, than that's an extra 5 milli for FA's this off season and we still have a jump shooting veteran PG, except this one is more prone to pulling the trigger when given space which would improve the pace.

I'm on the play Galloway and Grant train; I don't think a trade is all that necessary unless it's a substantial upgrade in talent. I think Galloway is now a good fit in the starting line up with Melo looking to create more, and both him and Grant could really benefit from extra experience.
