Nah, nursing homes aren't what's up. My grandad lived with us until he was two weeks shy of 100. He had dementia and was as strong as a bull. He had his good days when he would cooperate & his bad days where he was difficult. I know had he been in a home he wouldn't have lived six months. Knowing what they do to people in homes and cover up is tragic.
Yeah that's how it started with my grandad.My mom had to bring him our home cause he lived in Englewood & when his dementia had began he would go around his neighborhood. Me and my sisters used to make a game out of keeping him from going outside by stacking the kitchen chair in front of the front door in Tetris fashion. After he would get tired of us he would go back to his room.
