I have a huge and close family so if someone gets sick to the point to where they can't take care of themselves, we have some family members(mostly female) all over that might be out of work or whatever that can come and take care of people.

A lot of them have that caregiver type of personality. Me personally. nah. You probably will be treated better in a nursing home

don't bring her to a home. I mean we'll do the best we can but it's incredibly boring in there.

Nah, nursing homes aren't what's up. My grandad lived with us until he was two weeks shy of 100. He had dementia and was as strong as a bull. He had his good days when he would cooperate & his bad days where he was difficult. I know had he been in a home he wouldn't have lived six months. Knowing what they do to people in homes and cover up is tragic.

I blame this for my aunt's passing last June. When she was diagnosed with Cancer, we had her building up her strength and everything while staying with us and having an eye on her 24/7. As soon as she went in for a blood clot, the hospital suggested she goes to a nursing home and she went to the one over there on 126th street I believe. Completely nose dived health wise once in there, and god rest her soul, she hated every minute in there. If we didn't have the mind to move her to Uni of Chicago who were at least competent to catch her blood clot early and tried to save her, she'd be found dead in that shytty ass nursing home.

Never getting married but if I did. I'm sending them to a nursing home. They ain't coming to live with me. Not dealing with anyone else's bullshyt. I have my own life to live. They have nurses and trained people to deal with that shyt. Not me

I worked at a nursing home in Rosland when I was doing a Polling Place Administrator in primary's before Obama first for elected. Upon walking in the nursing home you smelled pissy diapers. I'm not sure which one, I know that it's the place where Revered Meeks went to vote & I had to son his Yes men.
