Nope.

But I am married and we already had that discussion that no matter what we have to agree with 50/50 custody and she will sign a postnup right now if I wanted.
The you dont know what you're talking about.

Edit: Yall can agree to whatever you want. If she wants shes getting full custody.

He should not listen to you.

It is important that he is consistently part of her life otherwise he will not form an attachment with her. Truth be told, she will associate her dad with the person who disrupts her life by taking her away from what she is familiar with during the summer.

I know plenty of men who got they kids bro. I live in Dallas, this is the land of single dads. Just admit y'all don't want to do that.
In most of those cases the mom wants them to have custody. I’m talking about when the mom wants full custody and the dad has to fight in the courts for custody. Rarely goes the mans way

Show me the data. I personally know dudes who fought for the kids. Again, show me the data where the men were rewarded the children.
In just over 51% of custody decisions, both parents agree that the mother should become the custodial parent. If it does go to litigation, fathers get custody 17.5% of the time. Stats pertaining to joint custody are hard to come by though.

99% of men not built like you. They won’t even fight for shared custody because truthfully they don’t want to be tied down by their kids.

So they rather just get their kid 1-2x a month or a few weeks a year, and complain about the child support they have to pay.
I completely agree. By no stretch of the imagination it was easy and it was expensive also. But my ex kept my baby girl from me on some spiteful shyt because I already move on for a whole fukking month. That shyt hurt my fukking soul! That shyt triggered me to get a lawyer because I was like I REFUSE to let that happen again. It wasn't fair, to the most important person in this which was my little girl. So I swallowed the pill and did what I needed to do. And it has been worth it because she can't use my daughter as a weapon anymore. I got that shyt split all the way down to who carries her on they tax return lol.

This is a bold face lie bro, stop repeating everything you hear. The only time a man doesn't get joint custody is if he don't want it. Most men have to fight to get hoint custody with no child support (because they usually make more than the woman so the court will still give her something) not for joint custody itself. I done seen too many men I know personally go through this bruh, you are wrong.
