There's nothing dusty about accepting gifts, or accepting being catered to. If that's the case women wouldn't accept jewelry or flowers, candy. There's no indication that just because you accept gifts, or being catered to that your unable to provide for yourself. Everyone can open a door for themselves, yet we still hold doors open for others and appreciate when doors are held for us. That's life. Some people just have more to give or play the game with more chips.

If thats their agreed upon goal, then im all for it. If I have a at home wife, she has to be homeschooling, which is a very understandable and honorable.. Or she sick and working would further her affliction, definitely.. My goal is generational wealth for my children and leaving them a heritage that can set them up so they don't have to work hard.. If im making enough money to take care of a whole family by myself, why not have my wife work like 10 years, and accelerate paying off the mortgage or piling up retirement funds? I can retire early, kids will be straight, then we can spend more time doing leisure stuff together.
Everyone moves according to their personal experiences. I'm learning/understanding that.

That’s where I’m at right now. My girl moved in back in April and she handles groceries and other random shyt. I’m trying to give her an opportunity to take down a significant portion of her student loans because I don’t want anything to do with that if/when we get married.

Hmm.... So you living a lifestyle you can't afford and seek a woman to help you out? Bum shiit.
This is what I'd do.. 1st make sure I can provide for myself.. Then if I got with an high earning woman, I'd let her know if the lifestyle she desires supercede my finances, then she got a decision to make. If she decides to take on the bigger portion of the bills, cool.. If she tries to hold that over my head she makes more money, I will gladly go back to how I was living before we met..
