That roommate shyt sounds like nonsense to me. You’re building a life together. That takes effort from both parties. I wouldn’t ever entertain a woman who thinks contributing means she’s living in a roommate situation. That sounds like bird talk to be honest.
It is. Considering that the woman is a child's 1st teacher, and our black boys and girls can't even read at grade level.. Then some of these women believe its a teachers job to teach her kid how to read.

Why do you think welfare and those social programs exist? Everyone doesn’t have supportive family, or family that cares enough to try.
If you were jobless while married and not improving skills, didn’t have an education beforehand, etc you aren’t going to hop into a job/field that will allow you to support a household. The women who can do that seamlessly are the women already had that ball rolling while married.
Let’s be real- if more people were financially successful and responsible there wouldn’t be so much talk about finances and how difficult things are. Plenty of married couples/households are underinsured and “couldn’t afford a $1000 emergency”.
That’s precisely why majority of couples (ALL RACES) have both spouses working.
And Black folks are the brokest in this country. I’m in a fukking bubble and even I know most of the Black folks in this country are living worse than my family/peers.
Most SAHW are not in a position to survive financially if the unthinkable happens, which is why a lot of women end up dating someone new too quickly. NO- that doesn’t mean women start hoing. But it does mean some women factor in finances when they start dating as opposed to being in a position to not worry about that at all.
