Yikes at that last tweet though.
The right wing propaganda machine got the sound bites that they needed, that's for sure.
$ talks at the end of the day and republicans have it in spades
he's not dumb...he's just rich and surrounded by white guys who see past him being black but being a celeb.
Just Dave Chappelle syndrome
Do Republicans side with the white racist or is that only a Democratic thing in your opinion?
Not saying he is 100% correct, but, all of you replying to this thread...
Most of y'all were born after 1980/1990. Is there something you have not been able to do that you might have otherwise been able to do if you were white?
And it can't be, "if I was white, my grandparents would've had money and I could've gotten into Harvard due to their connections." That applies to establishment old money types who are less than 1% of the population.
It’s like they implode on themselves from all the ideals they learned. What I notice for some of them is that they get tired of the excuses and inaction and feel as though Race after awhile becomes a hustle that white liberals in particular use to keep Black people in a mode of defeatism.
I would argue that a vast majority of people don’t really get the full substance of Black consciousness which is what ends up causing this phenomena. The idea is to acknowledge the truth of what has happened but not to let it rule your imagination with regards to what can be done to turn things around. Also, there are a lot of people that play dress up with consciousness just to get away from something. Those people end up having kids and when their actions begin to contradict then these same kids grow up to be total cynics towards the idea of Blackness.

Look at this fukking cac playing down racismInherited land/money/resources is an argument for a small percentage of the population, especially in regards to seeing some significant advantage from it. Plenty of black folks own and pass down land/property to their children or grandchildren.
My guess is you really mean land in Beverly Hills or whatever.
But again, most people are regular folks doing regular folk stuff. What regular folk stuff have you been prevented from doing? The fact you're on an internet forum talking about this bullshyt says a lot about who you are, where you live, and the system you're a part of.
What is he saying?I see what he’s saying but you simply can’t say this shyt publicly as a black figure because you know who will use it as a weapon to combat the presence of racism in society when it it very much present.

40 million black Americans aren’t living in poverty.K
This is how you view 40 million Black Americans, lol?
