Racial double standards

For example, generally speaking African American are generally 70- 85 % black yet are considered black. Then you have groups like non Afro Puerto Ricans who may average 80ish % Spanish and 7%- 15% African and or Native but are not considered white or of European descent even though they mostly lean to a white physicality and European genetics. Why are people like this given a pass to be racially fluid?

No I'm just saying why the double standard? It is weird. I was in the other pawg thread where coli brehs were calling that white Puerto Rican girl a non white girl. But she is white Sasha and Malia are considered black yet have a white grandma.
