You can't get out of your car, run up to someone and attempt to assault them or criminally trespass into their car and claim you were "threatened" when they tell you I have a gun...AS YOU ARE DOING IT.I mean, the broad should have her fob. Also, calling the police was a little much but the broad said she had a gun and that could be seen as a threat. Maybe I didn't hear the whole convo but what did the white woman say that was racist?
Broad is on my property and claims she has a gun....only colibrehs would hand her the keys to heir property.

If the person trying to get into the apartment was actually dangerous would it be smart for the white woman to approach their vehicle? Hell no.
If the white woman had tried this with someone else and gotten shot and killed people would have said "she should have minded her own business or called security and not approach the vehicle".
I am sure authorities say the same thing.. "if you see someone that looks suspicious or dangerous.. stay away" not approach them and be aggressive, reaching into their vehicle etc.

Walking to the car to instigate why she is following isn’t being aggressive, it’s questioning and was justified in this situation if she did not have a key fob.
Edit* the walk over was after the talk and camera went away so no idea what the white girl did to be honest.

The white lady entered her apartment garage by scanning her Fob, the black lady tried to tailgate and enter because she didn’t have a Fob. The white lady stopped the car and told her to back out if she doesn’t have her own access to the building. It escalates from there.

Seems like she forgot the key FOB which would allow her to get in and she was trying to get in by going in with the white woman.
Nothing more annoying than me paying all this money for rent and all this money for secure, heated and covered parking only for the damn gate to be broke.
Not once did I care to stop someone from coming in either. I have no clue who the fukk you are to know if you are supposed to be here or not. If it was a concern, I wouldve just stopped at the front desk and tell them security might want to check it out then go about my day.One time my gate sensor fell under my seat one day and I didn't realize it until I got to my entrance gate and it wouldn't open. As I was fumbling around looking for it, someone behind me got out and said "Are you a resident?" I said yeah. He asked "Is the gate broken." I said, no my sensor fell under the seat. Dude went back, got his sensor and waved it in front of mine so I could get in. Its not a big fukking deal. If he went to security after that to mention the situation and maybe check to make sure im good to be there, I wouldn't be bothered by it at all because thats what you are supposed to do if you are uncertain. Not think this is your own personal garage and that no one else is supposed to be there.

This. Someone who for all you know doesn’t have access to the building tailgates you and tries to sneak in behind you.
