College basketball been quiet as hell with the talent. Who will be the top names for the draft next year

It's not a great list because most of the names are either hurt or not in college at all.

Wiseman = not in Memphis anymore
Anthony = just came back from injury
Ball = not in America
Hampton = not in America
Nesmith = hurt
Hayes = not in America

then Edwards = on a meh team in Georgia

there's 3 guys right now that are in the most advantageous positions to make a name for themselves this year
