In any case, if I was them and I wasnt absolutely sure his effort was getting better, Ingram looks like your franchise cornerstone right now. You're going to have a high pick in what is probably going to be a top-laden draft. Wouldnt hurt to have another high pick along with that. Trading JH wouldnt be the worst thing. (Not to mention Zo's current ceiling looking to be a less "iron man" Jrue with better passing ability)

His defense has been inconsistent and his offense has been bad. He also is playing careless, maybe because he thinks this team is going nowhere..I am not sure. But as the #1 guy, he is not looking good so far. Pels fans are saying he has slow starts though, so we will see.
